One of our core values as a certified B Corporation is to care for our people. In keeping with our commitment to pay a fair and equitable living wage to our staff, we monitor and adjust our wages every year. Our starting wage is $18.50/hr. The current minimum wage in Taos County is $12.00/hr.

The cost of living in Taos is 35% less than other resort areas and the rent in Taos is an average of 50% less.

There are a variety of programs to which you may apply.   • Summer season you must be available to work from early June through the end of September
  • Winter season you must be available to work from early December through the end of March or early April
H2B VISA

We are currently hiring for Winter 24/25 for In-country H-2b visas only. November 20th 2024 to April 11th 2025.

We offer two programs: 1 year of experience in the position is needed to apply.

WORKFORCE LODGING INFORMATION

When interviewing, let your hiring manager know that you are in need of lodging.

There will be a non-refundable $100 reservation fee that will be rolled over into your security deposit if we find a fit for you in our staff lodging.

  • Workforce Lodging is offered on a first-come first-served basis
  • Room rates start at $500/mo. for a shared room and up to $2,000/mo. for a single-family unit
  • The required security deposit for move-in is $325.
  • Most units are furnished
  • Workforce Lodging does not allow non-employees to live in multi-unit properties
  • Workforce Lodging does not allow pets in most locations
