Local Appreciation

If you’re one of our passholders who lives in Taos County, you should have received a letter from our CEO, David Norden, along with an exclusive Taos sticker in the mail recently. Included was the information that all Taos County passholders would be automatically entered into weekly drawings for prizes, including: paid parking space, ski week, ice skating rink, and a Via Ferrata tour. Winners will be notified on how to redeem their prizes!

The sticker, designed by local artist, Toby Morfin, was the result of the small-town living we all know and love about Taos. Our Marketing Manager struck up a conversation with Toby while eating at local restaurant, Aceq in Arroyo Seco. After discussing Toby’s background and previous relationship with the resort as a featured artist in our Boarding for Breast Cancer auction, and a follow up phone call, we asked if Toby would be willing to create a custom sticker for us. The final design highlights places, objects, and activities meaningful to anyone who knows Taos. If you haven’t received your sticker yet, please stop by the Lake Fork Ticket Office in the lower plaza to pick it up today!
